They are good drops, but the trick is, to know what it is you are treating. You can actually make problems worse if you get the wrong product for the problem you are having.
If you try over-the-counter drops and your eyes do not get better, or get worse, you should see your doctor. However, for minor irritations that are normally allergy-induced, or simple irritations, try an over-the-counter drop that lists your symptoms on the label.
